VCI-HDPE Fabric is a high strength Fabric wrapper infused with hi-tech VCIs, making it flexible and easy to wrap around objects to protect them from rust and corrosion.

Construction:

VCI-HDPE Fabric are constructed with waterproof woven PE fabric on one side and extrusion coated with PE based multi-metal VCI formulations on the other. The product has evolved from metal packaging R&D that imparts strength and corrosion protection.

Application:

• Protection of metal coils, sheets, tubes, and wires where extra strength and high tear resistance is required for Metals or parts.
• CR coils galvanized coils (white rust protection) and non-ferrous coils (protection from tarnishing/oxidation).
