VCI Poly film is a specially designed packaging material that protects metal parts from corrosion including rust, tarnish, stains, white rust, and oxidation.

Features:

• VCI vapor’s easily migrate to areas that are hard to reach like drilled holes, crevices etc. and give effective protection during storage and transit
• VCI film is heat sealable, allowing auto & manual sealing

Construction:

VCI film is impregnated with VCI chemicals designed for the protection of multi-metals against corrosion. It protects metals by direct contact and by vapor action. Anti-corrosive VCI film is a transparent film which allows users to easily identify & inspect parts without opening the package.

Applications:

Anti-corrosive VCI film use for Packaging of metals, engineering items, electronic products and automotive parts.
